1st the companies ticker must qualify for the up listing. IF ANDI Mobile comes to reality getting over $4.00 a share and a 45 million market cap is possible with our share structure at 6 billion.
Although, If ANDI Mobile is legit and the stars align we will get some say as shareholders around here. We might get a chance to vote to do a small R/S like a 10:1 to get the structure down to 600,000,000. This way we don't cripple the shareholder base. Next, up listing and maintaining our status as a company on an established regulated exchange is achievable.
