This reverse split and death spiral talk reminds me of Dry Ships. Starting in August 2016, they did 7 reverse splits in less than a year; SEVEN! If you held your stock, you lost BIG! However, even though this was a death spiral for the stock, it wasn't for the company.
The company was strong enough to overcome the circumstances and the pps, which had bottomed in the mid 80 cents range, was soon trading over $5 a share. This didn't help you if you were holding your original shares; you were still down big. But, if you bought, at the bottom, the mid 80's, you would've been very happy!
The point here, is a reverse split does not always result is a death spiral. So, the question we need to ask, is whether or not ANDI is a strong enough company to overcome a reverse split, if it happens.
Personally, I don't see one happening until there's substantial income and it might be a good idea to get the share count down.
What would be the reason for it to happen before then? At best, I'm a novice, but I don't see one.
It would be nice to see this issue issue addressed next week, with the rest of the announcements, since the company has never talked about it and it is an issue on the board here.
Regardless, I'm seeing a pop next week with the right news.
Good luck to us all!
