Here we go again. So I purchased the Canadian Business docs from Canada in relation to Krystens new company Phoenyx Holdings. Well it turns out that besides the name Phoenyx being similar to Utopya with the “Y” spelling. Krysten filed for a change of address and if you guessed it right it’s the Adelaide Street address. Also the company had an identical share structure as I posted for Utopya last month. So I’m assuming a few things here.

1- Could they be rebranding under the Phoenyx name since Utopya’s reputation is shot online?
2-Are the relaunching under a different name?
3-As Billy stated they changed the name for international sales?

Ok Billy, time to fess up and explain this one??

Everyone start emailing and asking for clarification.
