Take a look at verb. They just uplisted to the nasdaq this year. It was a long process. Reverse split and everything. The price was around 12.00$ right before uplisting then they announced a nasdaq offering of 3.00 something. As for now almost every single shareholder that held is showing big losses. I bought some more at 2.70 and the current price is 2.40ish. not sure I would wish a nasdaq uplist for any shareholder after going through that
