Not to mention the extreme cases. DRYS comes to mind immediately. I was reverse split right out of that one. They don't give fractional shares, so you can end up with 0 shares after a couple splits in a row. In that case, IF one had 1.5 million shares in March 2016, you would have 0 shares by June of 2017. Don't forget about the reorg fee charged by the broker. Every time they do a R/S the broker charges 38 bucks. In my example of DRYS, they did 7 of them in that time frame!
