Sorry Joe but Antigen will have value. You mentioned in at least one conference call you want to merge with another company and list on a major exchange. You said you were looking to do that in 60-90 days. You would need to have value to list Antigen so those shares should have value.

As far as being entitled to Antigen shares, I asked you that question during the conf call at the end of January. I was very specific and asked about the 6.5M shares Veneto was getting of GNBT. You said Veneto was entitled to aantigen shares at the 1 for 4 ratio. I can go back and find that in the conf call notes. We don’t make these things up Joe so you should not get upset when we ask for clarification.
