They never had any shares to get any dividend, the dividend was given to us 4, I used the shares to make a deal, so you think we should do a dividend a month later after it's been done, the pool is formed with Generex shares and Antigen shares that someone else owns us 4 individuals, and you think the 8.4 should get the dividend hahaha ok well that's not what happened, we negotiated the price at 21 million dollars nothing more nothing less and threw in the Antigen kicker which right now has no value and may never have any value, and when I say may never because it doesn't - try going to a bank and asking them for a loan and giving Antigen shares as collateral - I'm sure you have an idea what they would say, omg it's those highly valuable Antigen stock can't do anything with it no value, loan approved! I think not, so if us 4 wanted to give up our Antigen shares that was our prerogative!
