Are you reading or just not understanding, I can believe Antigen is worth 20 bucks a share but unrilmit is it's worth nothing, it's not public yet, it has no value yet, so why would someone your negotiating with put huge value on that kicker because I said so, no, it's the same as any fund, the stock is 1.17 today do you think they will do a deal at 1.17 a share, 2.50 a share or 80 cents a share, let me enlighten you 80 cents a share, why? Because they see 1.17, they have to have a discount like they all do because they don't believe it will stay 1.17 so they hedge and bake in their profit, and 2.50 haha they'd just laugh you out their office because they don't see 2.50, just like they see nothing with Antigen because there is no price and it's not public.
