My thought is these deals are very complex and IPIX is negotiating the last few points before finalizing the deal.
IMO I do not think IPIX has decided to open an Irish subsidiary on a whim just as they did not decide to pursue the Kevetrin stage 2 trial,, the oral formulation of Kevetrin or the Brilacidin for OM without industry input
My belief is they have been led in this direction by their industry mentors and we will see a deal soon.
