That's a sound theory especially if the lowest valuation Leo has received is $150M/year for B-OM as stated in this post:

That was the lowest one. Who knows what the highest one is? Probably a "any other takers, if not we're going with the best one on 3/31/2019" situation.
All assuming wsbc is a credible poster, of course.
Perhaps the hook is baited for the shorts. Dive into a short position the week before only to get smashed in April. Let's see what this week brings. I have my check book ready for cheap shares if they come. If not, great!
