one can see what came to pass when NR injected bogus liquidity effective 9.12.18

now as odd as this may seem .. be grateful NR actually *reports* something of significance re: this data .. overlapping crews working another decade long OTC target alongside IPIX (it too remains an OTC survivor with about 50M~ less in their I/O and 35M~ less in their Float when comp'd to IPIX) .. by rote .. NR usually *reports* 5000 re: *legal* .. but i digress .. here's IPIX's *legal* as *reported* by NR since last September .. realize this dated data is not *reported* in real time (RT)

for those wanting to be a little less in the dark .. about when *legal* gets reported

so the last 2 rounds of *legal* reported .. showed a decrease (imo NRs' go to comfort zone on IPIX is 800,000 - 850,000 as was noted in previous documentation post .. going back years)

what this shows me .. is that the volume injected by NR was done for 3 purposes

first .. to counter the *facts* of IPIX's then daily volume avgs running 10M to 11M less than the same time frame done the year b4 .. (34M~ vs approx 45M~)

second .. to *short* and compress IPIX's PPS in alignment with *trading crews*
extolling *selling* (always have to blame mgmt) but timing notably fit EOY *tax loss* posts ..
BK posts .. yada yada .. in NR's always present *goal* when UPSIDE DOWN on an OTC target to get actual investors to *sell*

third .. in spite of NRs' mostly bogus volume injection .. imo .. NR actually had to *report* re: legal far higher than their go to comfort zone of 800000 to 850000 during that time frame

i'll have to go back and pull (because the timing here is beyond telling to me)
the all time high re: legal that NR actually *reported* .. and yes i'm mocking this *reporting* .. because again to reiterate the *oversight* on NR is negligible at best
when it comes to this data .. these are self regulating entities' *reporting*

AH's Tuesday ( 3.26.19 ) .. we will get to see what NR *reports* for the *settlement* date of 3.15.19 (and this is why DRS %s pattern change out on 3.1.19 may well come into play) .. it won't surprise me if NR reports *high* or lower .. but i am curious to see that and *volume* reported

as i've noted .. NRs' ability re: smoke and mirrors is second to no one

here's IPIX's volume avgs twice during the week of 3.15.19 .. *settlement* is now T+2 .. making last trading day re: this *reporting* by NR .. either the 12th of March or the 13th .. depending on who one gets to answer that query ..
