@ 33,969,148 (or an avg rounded up to 4,250,000 per month) would have to be addressed by NR .. because at that point *volume* avgs were running about 10M to 11M below same time frame as 2017 .. but of course NRs' relentless compression of IPIX was very much in play .. as it had been for years by then
and that *volume injection* was undertaken on 9.12.18 .. the day after K was filed
to give an idea of how *odd* that volume injection was ..
so 54,830,246 *volume* was done in the last 4 months of 2018
vs the 33,969,148 *volume* done in the first 8 months of 2018
the avg for the last 4 mos is 13.7M (per mo) vs the rounded up 4.250M for the first 8 mos (per mo)
note tho' what the 10/90 day and IPIX pps were showing on 8.15.18 and pps

this is important to understand as to why NR crews were constantly reiterating about *selling*
even tho' that assertion was almost totally false .. because *volume* on a target
doesn't cliff dive when there is legit selling by whomever (retail/non retail/bogus injection)
so the K gets filed AH's on the 11th of September 2018 (per another Innovation investor .. term sheet was noted in the K) .. i do not know if this item in the K kicked off *imo* mostly a bogus *volume* for NRs' injection (done to create liquidity for NR for the next round) .. but it did get underway on 9.12.18 ..

one could understand why almost every *trade* would be shorted and subsequently marked .. because that *tactic* almost always forces mgmt to dilute
the problem i have is .. just how *sloppily obvious* NR has been on IPIX since 3.1.19
between utilization of *decoys* with their blocking via elastic asks .. and CDEL's (only 3 MMs matter re: IPIX .. CDEL/ETRF/NITE) .. CONstant UC'ing (undercutting) on the ask for resetting *trades* .. it's beyond blatant yet again
so is this NRs' last gasp .. or something else ..
and CONtrary to what gets posted by *crews* .. these numbers do matter
as a reminder .. IPIX avgs & pps for 2.15.19 .. 3.1.19 and 3.15.19

NR has a *problem*
