Sorry, I should have explained. That chart was how much leronlimab was in the system. The steady state is 923mg on injection day.
If they take 700mg day 0, and the half-life is 3.5 days, 3.5 days later they would have 350mg left and 3.5 days later 175mg left.
day 0 700mg dose in patient system
day 7 175mg (from previous dose) + 700mg new dose = 875mg leronlimab in patient system
