This is not how I understand longer overlap with HAART .
Mine is simple process ...
)
Before they did one week overlap, meaning , for the first week of treatment patients took HAART and Leronlimab together , after one week only Leronlimab ,
Now they made this overlap with HAART longer to 5 times half life of Leronlimab ,
With 3,5 days half life average , overlap is 5 times that, so about 18 days.

Frst 18 days where patients will take together HAART and Leronlimab... instead of 7 days they did before.
Dose of medicine is not changing , just time ,
how long patient will be on HAART and Leronlimab together , when HAART is stop.
Before it was 7 days , now 18 days.
I just cant see this any other way , but we will see ,
I think I start to see the difference , you looking at different doses , to me longer over lopping time mean longer time nothing else , if I be wrong I will be happy to learn new thing..)
