Does anyone here have any details in regards to royalty payments due to ABBV? I saw this previously mentioned on ihub, but no references or details included....other than BL stated his firm had verified it and thought it was in a 10-K at one point.
I know we owe $5M upon first BLA approval and 5% of net sale upon commercialization to Progenics. I take it this will include all Pro 140 sales and not limited to HIV which they originally purchased for. SA article published yesterday reminded me to look into the ABBV payment.

Just trying to determine what a realistic net royalty rate could potentially land on our books?
