Should be interesting to see how they do. Why does it seem like they applied for up-listed right away?
Can OWCP apply for up-listing right away too? Why did I think there was a waiting period?
I think the proxy should of been like a check box for a set of R/S numbers and vote yes or no for each. Then they would precisely determine how much of a reverse split that shareholders would be willing to accept!
