I frankly haven't emailed for some time, I didn't receive an answer when I did, but didn't request one either. I know they have monitored this site in the past, and believe they probably still are.
Institutions certainly would invest more in Nasdaq companies, especially if they're trading for over $5, but I don't believe it would happen immediately after a reverse split, and it will take time to get on the Nasdaq even if they're trading at those prices. I don't believe they can attract serious Institutions until they have proof of owning their IP, and when they do that the share price will rise even without the reverse split.
I believe they're more open to speaking with investors now, and I might give it a try again, but I believe they know where I stand, so I doubt it would make a difference. When I did write them, I recommended things like hosting webcasts to discuss quarterly results and putting and maintaining planned clinical trials in the clinical trials database. Clearly they didn't agree with my suggestions, had they, the way they do business would have changed.
I believe the group who sent a representative to speak with the company feel more confident about it than I do, but frankly I've visited other companies that made me feel comfortable, some are doing well, others have gone belly up. At this point the proof will come with patents being granted, if that doesn't occur, nothing else really matters.
