Guys, I have not gone through a voting process on a RS. April 4 is the voting date for RS.. Aren't we suppose to know what the purposed RS ratio before we vote? They are moving fast this RS event..

A. they got some big plan that would reward everyone or
B. they plan to take us to the cleaner ASAP.. lol..

I wish they would move this quickly on other events.
