I'm try to wrap my head around why so much is/was stated by the SCOTUS in January and nothing was applied to our case. There seems to be quite a bit of activity around Alice and its' vague interpretation of patent law at several levels but nothing seems to be getting the attention at the federal level. Quite the debacle.
