If the Federal level courts claim 36 and are overwhelmed, the SCOTUS is bound to become overwhelmed as well with Alice cases alone. The limiting factor being able to pick and choose who they hear. It appears they've been hearing plenty about Alice and are probably getting fed up. Looks to bee a crap shoot with the SCOTUS. More waiting with less expectation.
