You're spot on! I had to tailor my intel briefings to the audience based on their background. R&G perhaps thought all three judges had a good handle on SFOR's cyber security IP. Sadly, only the female judge (who was a Phd researcher before law school) did IMHO. I believe R&G will bear this in mind next time given what just happened.
