I totally agree, and have thought the same thing! We need to "dumb it down" to a level that the judges can understand, because right now they do not understand the technology, or their obligation to follow SCOTUS' guidelines, as well as USPTO's guidelines! They are way off course with their Rule 36 bypass the issues ruling! They did not even have to offer an explanation as to their logic/reasoning in reaching that decision! Truly ridiculous!
