I've used Google Analytics for years. What you can see and tell in that tool is incredible (location, pages clicked, bounce rates, where people are coming from (oh my) etc.) and most of the analytics these days have it. The AI would have some info on the person, preferences, buying habits, etc. No PII.
Based on their interaction with the video, it would be able to predict what the likelihood you would be a conversion and also figure out the next move. Time saver for the sales person. Why send you emails if your behavior is you don't read them. Why call you if your behavor is you never pick up.
Remember in one of the videos what Rory said is the analytics that you can get from a video exceed (maybe it was far exceeds) any other in determining potential buyers and the likelihood of a sale. Sales guys today waste of ton of time trying to follow-up with people that are not interested or it's the wrong time.
