I think the analytics is a really big deal. If the customer can get all kinds of data on how many clicks on all the interactive buttons, and the percentages that followed through to an order, that can be real helpful. Also most likely can include geographical areas which may help in targeting future videos, etc. There's a lot more but that's just scratching the surface. Also AI has been mentioned and that's a huge growth area, not exactly sure how it is going to be applied here but there's numerous possibilities.
