Your observation about getting software right in the first try is spot on. If someone is not in IT, that is hard for them to understand. We used to say it takes even Microsoft 3 times to get anything right and I mean that in a nice way.

Some MLM companies will add a 1,000. Others 20,000 or even 100,000. Not sure what the largest, but some of them have a lot of people.
