He is not walking away. He will still play a pivotal roll.
The time and travel he's put in to not let this company get picked apart is commendable.
I'd be surprised not to hear of a deal for Cutanogen come through over the next month or so.
They have MANF and that is something that many want a piece of and now won't be able to grab for cheap!
This is where Gerald wanted to get the company to begin with, but there was some really bad timing events and crap financing that was thought to hold things over but just went deeper when things didn't pan out.
No guarantee 2019 will be the launch point, but Gerald is trying to set it up to be. The deals are coming together and more to come.
