I agree that changing roles or leaving seems to be GC's idea and the timing seems right. Good for him.
The wording in the pr seems meant to reassure everyone that Cap'n's not abandoning the ship.
Its like he asked for the BOD's blessing and the response was "the Company believes that it is appropriate" and "current management and board of directors are very supportive of a potential modification...." Of course, I could be wrong...
