Thanks for posting that and taking the time to respond to my question, although I think a few of us had the same relative question about R/S and market cap valuations. I have a better understanding of it now. I understand that the Fusz PPS is currently at "X" and we may need to do an R/S in order to get to a certain PPS needed for Nasdaq requirements, but this does not factor in the Sound Concepts value? I am not sure how this works? Was that stated in the previous filings or perhaps it will be in the S-1A? Thanks again.
