I agree with your first point about longs that understand the product. That is only a percentage of longs. Not everyone has the time to do the DD. Others might not have a high percentage of their portfolio in one stock and just took a flyer. If they sold, it's no fun to take a lose but why do others take so much joy in that.

I know some would wish Rory look the other way but I loved the first 10 minutes. Finally a OTC that stands up for shareholders instead of bending over. I've seen other OTC go after toxic lenders. This is one step further and I wonder where all roads lead to?

All I can say is when they hear that knock, open the door and let 'em in. I am pretty, pretty sure there will be some unhappy campers based on what Rory said.
