More will be known in the final S1-A. Ideally with acquisitions or funding you want your market cap as high as possible. I don't know the final details of the Sound Concept deal, but I can see they looked pretty excited.
Remember, the company wasn't for sale. Their revenue is about to explode and why they drop the other line in my opinion. Half the company is in the two brothers hands. If someone thinks they are going to take a flyer on nFusz, none of this is for you.
