Last Thursday Amarantus submitted the offer to MTSL. On that same day, Alpha Capital notified MTSL that they removed the requirement that Roger Challen had to abide to a lock-up agreement and Roger said he was going to vote for the Alpha financing.
On Saturday Amarantus released a pr that they had secured the $700k on Friday to close the Joint venture with MTSL. On Monday, MTSL said that Roger Challen was no longer to vote for the Alpha financing. And they released this: “the matter is currently being discussed between the Company and Mr. Challen.”
On Wednesday, Amarantus retracted their offer. I can think of several scenarios that might explain all of this, but who knows. It will be interesting to see how the vote goes at MTSL on Sunday. I wouldn’t even be surprised if Amarantus resubmits their offer after the vote.
