Here is what I wonder, when the bill passes how long until the president gets to sign it?Then I assume we must wait for "transactions to be approved" as Dr Dalton put it.
I'm wondering if once the bill is passed could we possibly see filings right away while we are waiting for the rest of the approvals that Dr D requires to get done?
I better change that time-frame from 2-4 weeks to 2-6 weeks. You never know. Better to be pleasantly surprised than disapointed!
