Mikeyt, once the Bill is passed, it will be submitted to President Trump and he will sign it the very same day. That is the way he worked other Bills submitted to him. As for other transactions, I really cannot say. If you are talking about the review by the lead agency, then I would think that would happen very quickly because in this case Congress is relaxing the regulations. Deregulation is faster and easier in most cases. What I don't know is whether this Bill needs to be resubmitted to the House --- my guess is it all depends on how different the Bill is that passes the Senate. Senate rules are difficult to understand even in the best of cases.
