Anyone here think that slap on the wrist fine stopped them from continuing to break the rules? I would bet the rate has increased since those violations were from 2012 to 2015. Will; the regulators look again and close them down if they have continued to naked short? I say they would not but boy would I love to be proved wrong. Go NYEK!!!
