Question: Can a LLC formation (in the case of Big Red) be considered part of a larger publically traded corporation. I do not believe so.
It should be interesting to see how our public assets were shifted to a private LLC. It will make for a lively year-to-year public BTGI filing. Sounds like a class action shareholders lawsuit in the making?
