Here are the "bottom line" rules for missing filing deadlines:
"For OTC stocks, companies that have failed to file timely reports three or more times in a two-year period cannot be quoted by FINRA-member broker-dealers."
We have missed two filings now (?) I have lost track in all this excitement. At what drop dead date does that leave us. My brokerage firm already does not allow opening positions to buy at this time (although I can sell).
