Question; I have heard increased talk about how Gurba is going to reverse split our shares after issuing the full 5B AS. How many outstanding shares are there now?
All he will accomplish is to raise very little money at .0001. Don't forget, insiders hold most of the common shares, not the public-at-large. The dilution will hurt them the most.
The reverse split would have to be a huge one to make any realistic dent in the share price. Literally a 100 for one RS would leave us with 500M shares OS at one penny a share. Reasonable, if Gurba could just figure out a way to stabilize the tailspin and go forward from that point, which he has not been able to do yet.
