Well, the stock is trading at .0001. Apparently Gurba is doing his best to shelter what assets are left from lawsuit liability thru the LLC creation for Big Red. What debt restructuring has taken place in the meantime? We probably are in not as bad of shape on that front now.

Will the OTC/SEC step in and delist BTGI at this point. I am shocked after 6 months of non-filing they have not stepped in. Does anyone know why?
