You don't know what your talking about. Those products that were stored in the resort were purchased by Epic Group One which is owned by Lilly Li. They used the resort to store the product. Those cans were bought and paid for. This topic was used extensively by bashers when the Youtube video surfaced a couple years ago.
I remember a SmallCapVoice.com interview with Phil Uhrik 2 years ago and he was talking about several truckloads of products being shipped to the 5 boroughs of New York. Phil Uhrik is or was a managing partner of Epic One Group. They are all listed as defendants in the lawsuit.
