Exactly longbord! Various court rulings, including from SCOTUS, continue to point to an almost conclusive verdict in favor of SFOR, only requiring the 3-judge panel to concur, and acknowledge the pattern of justice established in prior rulings as precedence for the SA case! A ruling in favor of SFOR should be a foregone conclusion, requiring only confirmation by the SA ruling in our favor! For the 3-judge panel to do otherwise, would be for them to attempt to swim upstream against a torrent of otherwise favorable rulings (including one by SCOTUS) to SFOR's case! I don't think that would be a very positive career direction choice for them to make! Just IMHO! LOL!
