My earlier post was concerning Oral Arguments. There is no listing on the docket for July or Aug. This doesn't mean they will never be listed, unless there is a settlement in the works. I can't see R&G taking a settlement though, they need a slam dunk win for a precedent to be set. GO SFOR!!!!
