Yes T-800 this has been on the books since 2012 and I'll bet RO and JB knew of this when going for $2 with the RS. Five consecutive business days at $2 was achieved following the RS, and I wonder whether that counted.
Some of the other regulations within that is to have had certain asset and revenue amounts within three years of operation... I wonder whether operation as a private company counts or has to be as a 'public' company because JB has not been public long enough.
