It depends on what their start point is:
Jinbo - 2004
ZJMY - 2015
Dolat - 2010 (I believe)
Dolat I think was officially "dissolved" last July with WYSOS filing. So maybe that's out.
Either way, there are also provisions for companies under 3 years in business to list on NASDAQ, so again, it comes down to how much Jinbo does JB represent? Because that would satisfy every requirement on that basis if included.
