It didn't just happen, it's been that way for a little while, but a lot of people are unaware of the lower level alternative listing options available.
In addition to information, what makes or breaks whether or not JBZY can uplist in the immediate is whether or not the ticker includes the whole of Jinbo, which would easily check all of the boxes necessary for uplisting under the $2 rule.
In that situation the reverse split suddenly makes a ton of sense, whereas before it didn't because it didn't achieve the $4 price point on its own.
Just some food for thought and discussion to get a conversation going here.
