Alan, your $3.70 SP calculation is based on $500M market cap, when the stock sentiment was high on the heels of successful B-ABSSSI trial and the QIDP news being on the Yahoo Finance front page. Investors were expecting Phase 3 to follow soon.
What the MC should be right now is subjective. I'm sure people have different numbers in mind. A hypothetical $200M MC means SP = ~$1.36 today. No doubt Mako's attack forced Leo to dilute a lot more at lower SPs.
I continue to respectfully disagree that naked shorting is the reason for the decline. Those interested to know why can check out my next post. I don't want to bother Alan with a long post.
