Hi Split, yes of course it is on "My understanding is that the court fees must be paid to proceed with the appeal." .......was not asking about the court fees associated with the appeal - to make my previous question clear (you misunderstood my question).

And yes i was questioning about SecureAuth's legal fees(costs) to you b/c you said,

"The appeal will hopefully put costs off. " then you referenced the link for the Handbook, so, I'm asking to you where in the Handbook did you see that mentioning? I don't see it there.


Just curious, did anyone else think i was asking for the appeal's court fees?
