One possible big seller is Aspire. If they see a large size at the bid, they would sell all the shares in a single order instead of multiple orders to save on fees.
If I want to walk the price down and see 70K bid at $0.7010 like today, I would sell 100 shares at $0.7010 instead of all 70K at that price. That way I can keep doing it for a while. The effect is the same.
