There was not a large ask at the time. I disagree utterly that Aspire would be dumb enough to sell all at the same time (if it was Aspire selling, which we do not know). They are professional traders and would tell their broker to sell in small lots.
It defies belief that anyone would sell this way. The fees are not an issue with a company like Aspire that isn't paying full-service broker charges.
Heck, it would be cheaper to sell it 10k shares at a time through Schwab than it would be to lose an average of about 2.5 cents per share on 110k shares. Schwab fees: 55 bucks. Loss because of driving cost down by dumping shares in 2 minutes: $2750.
No responsible financial professional would do something like that.
