International Infusion already invested in the Company and are one of the toxic holders that is now in default and will be paid off at a discount. So I don't think they could go back to new investors at this point and get them to invest in a company that they have already lost money on and are in default with other investors.

Plus I think it would be a conflict of interest since the new investors would essentially be facilitating the agreement of the older investors to take a discount- it would start to border on being a ponzi scheme.
