Just a thought but maybe Amarantus gets the $1m from Infusion 51a, they raised $4.5m a half year ago. At the time i already thought they would use that money to help us fund with the SeD deal when we needed around $2.5m.

Since they are invested in Avant as well as Amarantus you would think they'd be the helping hand.

But even if they are not the party to fund the $1m to Amarantus then i'm very confident the $1m will come from somewhere else and i believe GC already has it in place and is just waiting to PR it at the right time.
You just don't make an enormous agreement (that took forever) if you can't get the $1m from somewhere. They have a plan in place.
The crowdfunding part is the part i truely wonder how much money they will raise, that is still a big question mark for me.
But when you've listened to the conference call and read the presentation then (which we all already know) is that our great pipeline with lots of proven data already is extremely undervalued, even 5 cents is just ridiculous at this point imo.
If we can get past the tender exhange (and i'm counting on it taking a bit longer then the previously mentioned date of 10th january) and get our filings current then i expect that already to be a huge boost to the pps.
Then its a matter of new PR campaigns and drawing in new investors.
If i wasn't already heavily invested then i would have no problem investing a big chunk of money at these currently bankruptcy pps levels after watching the conference call.
So i'm confident new investors will come, it just a matter of how much more new blood pours their money into us, like with the crowdfunding.
We have the goods, now lets see the $$$$$$
